What you'll do in this role:
- Be the first point of contact for checking in late arrivals and walk-ins.
- Ensure a warm, friendly, and genuine welcome.
- Perform varied tasks depending on your site, including cleaning front of house areas, external and breakfast areas, and setting up meeting rooms and breakfast for the next day.
- Prioritize guest and business safety and security at all times.
- In case of fire, evacuate all guests and team members safely and quickly.
- Answer telephone inquiries and handle guest complaints to ensure a pleasant stay.
