What you'll do in this role:

1. Be the first point of contact for checking in late arrivals and walk-ins.
2. Ensure a warm, friendly, and genuine welcome.
3. Perform varied tasks depending on your site, including cleaning front of house areas, external and breakfast areas, and setting up meeting rooms and breakfast for the next day.
4. Prioritize guest and business safety and security at all times.
5. In case of fire, evacuate all guests and team members safely and quickly.
6. Answer telephone inquiries and handle guest complaints to ensure a pleasant stay.
