The nurse will provide high-level care for critically ill patients, monitor complex therapies, and collaborate with the care team to ensure optimal outcomes.

The role requires a Florida RN license or NLC, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of RN experience, with PCU experience strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Florida RN license or Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC) active.
• BLS/Healthcare Provider certification current.
• 1 year of RN experience required; PCU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality nursing care to patients with complex needs in PCU.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes and emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interprofessional team to plan care.
• Document and communicate patient status and care plans accurately.
