Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Maintains current Florida RN license or valid eNLC multistate RN license.
• Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
• ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC are required for certain areas.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient needs and develops an individualized plan of care.
• Evaluates patient progress toward outcomes.
• Advocates for patients and families in care decisions.
• Collaborates with medical staff and interdisciplinary team.
• Acts as preceptor/charge nurse or unit educator when needed.
• Delivers age-appropriate care and supports the care team.
