Davidson Hospitality Group's Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club in Miami Beach is seeking a Telephone/PBX Operator who will be the first point of contact for guests, handling all incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and efficiency in a fast-paced luxury setting.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and the ability to multitask while delivering outstanding guest service across shifts, including weekends

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience operating a PBX or multi-line phone system preferred.
• Strong customer service and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and email.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for guests via telephone, handling all calls professionally and efficiently.
• Transferring, routing, and prioritizing calls and messages to appropriate departments.
• Assist guests with requests and provide information to ensure a positive guest experience.
