Responsibilities

• Direct traffic to parking spaces with clear signals and communication.
• Monitor lots to maximize space utilization and reduce congestion.
• Enforce parking rules including time limits and zones.
• Assist customers with parking inquiries and lost tickets.
• Operate gates, ticket dispensers, and payment systems.
• Prepare reports on occupancy, revenue, and incidents.
