Job summary

Reimagined Parking is seeking a Parking Ambassador for Station Place Parking. The role is part-time, outdoors, with shifts 7am–11am and 3pm–7pm. You will greet guests, guide parking, handle inquiries, and ensure compliance with rules while maintaining a safe, orderly environment.

Candidates should have high school equivalency, be at least 18, and pass background checks. Strong communication and dependability are essential for handling peak times and emergencies.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, or parking experience.
• Basic computer or mobile device proficiency.
• Ability to communicate clearly and courteously with diverse audiences.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patrons with parking directions, payment options, and general inquiries.
• Monitor parking areas to ensure compliance with facility rules and regulations.
• Issue parking citations or warnings when necessary, following company policies.
• Respond promptly and courteously to customer concerns, complaints, or service requests.
• Assist with traffic flow during peak hours, special events, or emergencies.
• Perform basic facility checks (e.g., signage visibility, cleanliness, equipment functionality).
• Report hazards, incidents, or maintenance issues to management.
• Utilize parking systems or handheld devices as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly parking environment.
• Represent the organization positively and professionally at all times.
