Job summary

Park Place Parking & Fast Park and Relax is seeking a Parking Guest Ambassador to manage parking operations efficiently. The role involves directing traffic and assisting guests, ensuring a safe parking environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in dispatching, customer service, or a related field.
• Experience handling high-volume phone calls and radio communications.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming and outgoing vehicles to available parking spaces.
• Monitor parking lots to ensure efficient space usage.
• Respond to customer questions about parking and regulations.
• Assist customers with parking-related issues.
• Maintain safety and security of parking facilities.
