Job summary

Park Place Operations Inc. seeks a Parking Guest Ambassador to direct vehicles to available spaces, monitor lots for optimal occupancy, and enforce parking regulations.

You will assist customers with inquiries, manage ticketing issues, and operate gates and payment systems in a fast-paced setting. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and experience handling radio communications in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year in dispatch, customer service or related field.
• Experience handling high-volume phone calls and radio communications.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain organization.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic to parking spaces using clear hand signals and communication.
• Monitor lots to ensure space utilization and prevent congestion.
• Enforce time limits and prohibited zones.
• Assist customers with parking inquiries and issues.
• Help with tickets, vehicle lockouts, and directions.
• Maintain communication with staff for smooth operations.
• Operate gates, ticket dispensers, and payment systems.
• Keep work area clean and safe.
