Parking Management Company (PMC) is hiring an Overnight Lot Auditor to manage parking lot activity during the overnight shift. You will conduct audits, direct vehicles, ensure safety, and maintain an organized environment while working outdoors in various conditions.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, strong customer service, and a valid driver’s license with a clean background. Ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work nights/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required; clean background check.

Responsibilities

• Audit and reconcile parking lot records; track vehicle counts and tickets.
• Monitor vehicle entry/exit; enforce parking policies and direct traffic.
• Complete shift reports detailing tickets, revenue, and operational data.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and proper markings in the lot; monitor cameras and lighting.
• Provide exceptional guest service; communicate with team via two-way radio.
• Attend required meetings and training; adapt to evolving business needs.
