Parking Management Company is seeking an Overnight Lot Auditor to oversee parking operations on the night shift. You will conduct audits, monitor vehicle movement, enforce policies, and assist guests in outdoor conditions.

The role requires a detail-oriented approach, independent work, and strong customer service. You must be able to stand for long periods, communicate clearly via radio, and maintain safety and cleanliness across the lot.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required. Customer service experience preferred and a helpful demeanor is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Audit parking operations, vehicle counts, and logs for accuracy.
• Monitor vehicle entry/exit and report irregularities.
• Complete shift reports detailing tickets issued and revenue.
• Perform safety inspections and enforce parking policies.
• Maintain lot cleanliness and safety, including equipment and signage.
• Provide exceptional guest service and clear two-way radio communication.
