The role requires independence, data handling, and attention to detail, with the ability to work overnight hours, weekends, and holidays in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Audit and reconcile parking records and logs.
• Monitor vehicle entry/exit and ensure proper ticket matching.
• Prepare shift reports detailing tickets and revenue.
• Conduct security inspections and report issues to management.
• Maintain parking lot cleanliness and safety of spaces and equipment.
• Uphold PMC standards and provide professional guest service.
• Maintain regular attendance and adhere to policies.
• Support additional tasks and training as needed.
