Job summary

Lignetics is seeking a Production Worker / Packaging Operator for the night shift (10 pm–6 am, Mon–Fri). The role combines bagging and baler work, with a $1/hr shift differential and a monthly bonus incentive.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift and production line experience preferred.
• Good eye, hand, and foot coordination required.
• Must pass forklift training.
• Read and interpret scales.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting for baler and related equipment.
• Ability to perform simple math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging and baler machinery in a safe, productive manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow safety guidelines.
• Move, wrap, and store finished products; assist other production areas as needed.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 7 hours daily.
• Assist Shift Leads with starting/stopping pellet mills and reporting quality data.
