Job summary

Lignetics Inc. is seeking a Production Worker / Packaging Operator in West Virginia. The role involves operating bagging and baler machinery, wrapping and palletizing products, and assisting with pellet mill start/stop under the guidance of Shift Leads.

Shifts run 8:00 PM–8:00 AM or 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, with Saturdays and alternating full weekends. Pay ranges from $14.50 to $15.50 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits and 401(k). Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior forklift and production line experience preferred.
• Good eye, hand, and foot coordination.
• Must pass forklift training.
• Ability to read and interpret scales.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to perform simple math.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging and baler machinery safely and productively.
• Move, wrap, and palletize finished products.
• Assist Shift Leads in starting/stopping pellet mills.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and report issues.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs and standing ~7 hours daily.
• Follow moisture/material problem reporting and QC tagging.
