Job summary

Lignetics Inc. in Hayward, WI is seeking a Production Worker / Packaging Operator for 2nd shift (2pm-10pm). Compensation starts at $17-$18 per hour plus a $1 shift differential.

A pre-employment background check and drug screen are required. You will operate bagging and baler machinery, stack and wrap pallets, and assist other production areas as needed. Lift 50 lbs and stand ~7 hours daily as part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift and production line experience preferred.
• Good eye, hand, and foot coordination required.
• Pass forklift training and read scales.
• Mechanical aptitude to adjust equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate bagging and baler machines safely and efficiently.
• Stack and wrap pallets; move finished products to warehouse.
• Support other production areas as needed by Shift Leads.
• Maintain clean workstation and follow safety guidelines.
• Complete production reports and quality checks.
