Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior forklift and production line experience preferred.
• Good eye, hand, and foot coordination required.
• Must pass company forklift training.
• Read and interpret scales.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting for baler and maintenance tasks.
• Able to perform simple math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Operate bagging and baler machinery and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Move, wrap, and stage finished products.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for about 7 hours per day.
• Assist Shift Leads to start/stop pellet mills and address issues.
• Maintain a clean workstation and follow safety guidelines.
• Contribute to other production areas as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
