Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of operations/warehouse experience in shipping and receiving perishables.
• Ability to supervise, motivate and train hourly employees.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily outbound dock and cooler processes.
• Coach and develop outbound associates and manage labor hours within budget.
• Enforce safety requirements and company policies.
• Prepare work schedules and assign tasks.
• Inspect equipment for safe operation and coordinate repairs with the maintenance department.
• Communicate with sales, purchasing, and inventory control.
• Perform substitutions when items are unavailable.
