Job summary

Sysco Denver is seeking an Operations leader to supervise night warehouse operations, including order selection, replenishment, loading, and safety. You will direct staff, manage labor and supplies, and ensure HAACP and food safety documentation is accurate. Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 4:30 PM - 12:30/1:00 AM; travel 0%. Eligible for incentive plan; 72,700 to 109,100 USD annualized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 1-3 years related experience and/or training.
• Powered Industrial Equipment Certification within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Supervises night warehouse activities and staff to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Manages labor hours, schedules, and budgeted supplies for the shift.
• Ensures accurate shipping, HAACP and food safety documentation.
• Coordinates maintenance, safety inspections, and process improvements.
• Trains new associates and fosters positive associate relations.
