Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is hiring a Process Assistant in Memphis, TN. You will support department operations, allocate labor, lead meetings, and provide coverage for Area Managers. The role requires flexible scheduling, lifting up to 49 pounds, and 40 hours per week with possible overtime.

You will track labor hours, train associates on SOPs, and help maintain a safe, efficient production area while participating in continuous improvement initiatives. Prior experience with MS Office is valued.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for long shifts (up to 12 hours).
• Willingness to work 40 hours/week with overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Support and work in the department as required.
• Help manage daily department duties including labor allocation, meetings, and communication with suppliers.
• Provide vacation coverage for Area Managers and follow up on policies and attendance.
• Track and report ATS/labor hours and assist in training associates to ensure SOP compliance.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization; address hazards and coach safe work behavior.
• Participate in Operational Excellence initiatives and assist with production duties as needed.
