Amazon is seeking an IT Equipment Coordinator in Louisville, TN, within the Ops Tech Solutions team, to maintain IT inventory, coordinate ordering, deliveries, and audits of assets assigned to IT. You will work with the IT department to support technicians and ensure proper housekeeping of IT areas.

The role requires ability to lift up to 49 pounds, flexibility with shifts including nights/weekends, and experience with IT hardware concepts.

Competenze

• Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• Experience managing inventory in warehousing, retail or distribution setting.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Mansioni

• Allocate and maintain IT equipment across the Fulfillment Center.
• Manage RMA and repair process for devices under warranty.
• Support IT technicians with daily projects and activities.
