Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Nashville, TN seeks a Sr. Inventory and Asset Manager to lead an innovative, data-driven inventory framework across 5,000+ sites and 12,000+ IT products.

You will drive end-to-end program strategy, optimize inventory levels at RAD centers, and implement thresholds, with a focus on reducing excess and obsolete stock while aligning with VAR/OEM agreements and enterprise goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and deployment of inventory audit and cycle count process across 5,000+ sites.
• Manage data-driven inventory thresholds for 12,000+ IT products with $950M inventory.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams to optimize inventory and reduce E&O.
• Define and monitor tier-1 and tier-2 metrics (Inventory Health, Accuracy, Shrinkage).
