Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead, coordinate and optimize receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing and shipping activities. You will directly supervise 20+ employees in Operations, plan workload, assign duties and drive safety and compliance across the stockroom and yard.

The schedule is Sunday to Wednesday, front half night 6PM–4:30AM. The role offers a pay range of $65,000–$67,000 with potential adjustments, plus benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with company

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Reviews inbound appointment log and open order report to plan work activities.
• Plans inbound and outbound schedules to meet customer metrics.
• Determines staffing needs and schedules staff accordingly.
• Assigns workers to duties based on workload and shipping schedules.
• Ensures safety procedures are followed and communicates procedures to staff.
• Maintains inventory accuracy in coordination with Inventory Control.
• Directly supervises 20+ employees in Operations.
• Handles payroll for the department.
