Job summary

Maersk Logistics USA, Inc. seeks an Operations Supervisor in West Chester, OH to lead a night shift and oversee warehouse activities. You will supervise 20+ staff, coordinate inbound/outbound schedules, and maintain inventory accuracy while ensuring safety and policy compliance.

The role runs Monday–Friday, night shift 2:30pm–11:30pm, with a pay range of $60,000–$65,000 per year and comprehensive company benefits. Prior supervision and basic warehouse experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 months related experience or training helpful.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of 20+ workers in operations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and cycle counts.
• Plan inbound/outbound schedules to meet customer metrics.
• Assign duties and manage staffing levels.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and enforce policies.
• Prepare and communicate work procedures to warehouse staff.
