Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Full Time Night Shift supervisor to oversee multiple locations and partner with service providers, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to City Wide standards. The role requires travel and near-daily inspections to maintain quality and safety across sites.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of management experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong communication and punctuality are essential for performance and reporting to the FSM.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of prior management experience.
• Preferred proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) and Email and Internet.

Responsibilities

• Visits/Inspects all buildings on a rotating basis to ensure cleaning is up to City Wide standards.
• Communicates policies and procedures to in-house employees and Independent Contractors (IC).
• Conducts proper safety training to in-house employees and ICs.
• Trains on proper cleaning techniques to in-house employees.
• Partners with ICs to train on City Wide cleaning techniques.
• Acts as a liaison between independent contractor and FSM.
• Reports to FSM details of nightly inspections.
• Uses timekeeping system to record hours.
