Job summary

City Wide in Morrisville, NC is seeking a supervisory professional to provide support and oversight across multiple locations, ensuring cleaning standards are consistently met. You will communicate policies to in-house staff and independent contractors, and monitor safety and quality during nightly inspections.

The role requires 2–3 years of related experience, strong office skills, and willingness to travel. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is preferred, with HS diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Visit/inspect buildings on a rotating basis to ensure cleaning meets City Wide standards.
• Communicate policies and procedures to in-house staff and Independent Contractors (IC).
• Conduct proper safety training to in-house employees and ICs.
• Train on proper cleaning techniques to in-house employees.
• Partner with ICs to train on City Wide cleaning techniques.
• Act as liaison between Independent Contractor and FSM.
• Report nightly inspections to FSM with details of opportunities and issues.
• Verify building checklists are followed.
• Send nightly recap reports to FSM and operations team.
• Travel required and use timekeeping system to record hours.
• Report any work-related injuries.

Shift: Monday - Friday 4PM - 12:30AM

Responsible for providing support and supervision over multiple locations while partnering with service providers to deliver exemplary customer service to our clients.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Daily job responsibilities/functions to include, but not limited to:

• Visits/Inspects all building on a rotating basis to ensure cleaning is up to City Wide standards


• Communicates policies and procedures to in-house employees and Independent Contractors (IC)


• Conducts proper safety training to in-house employees and ICs


• Trains on proper cleaning techniques to in-house employees


• Partners with ICs to train on City Wide cleaning techniques


• Act as a liaison between Independent Contractor and FSM


• Adheres to the Client Complaint Policy (physically verify, when possible)


• Reports to FSM details of nightly inspections


• Verifies all building checklists are being followed


• Sends nightly report to FSM and operations team recapping areas of opportunity, employee issues, etc.


• Maintains location of key box


• Supports New Starts


• Partners with Independent Contractor crews and conducts random building inspections


• Communicates any building maintenance issues to the FSM


• Identifies NBJS (non-basic janitorial services) opportunities and reports them to FSM


• Reminds current with online training


• Travel required


• Uses timekeeping system to record hours


• Reports any work-related injuries

Education
