Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Florence, KY seeks an Operations Supervisor to oversee inbound, outbound and product slotting activities on the 2B shift (Thu-Sat & every other Wed, 5:00PM-5:30AM). You’ll lead labor planning, space utilization and customer communication while ensuring safety, quality and cost targets are met.

Responsibilities include staff hiring/training, performance reviews, and coordinating with management to meet client KPIs and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years’ experience in logistics/distribution, with 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound/outbound and product slotting activities daily.
• Plan labor, space and equipment; schedule and train staff.
• Ensure safety, quality and KPI targets are met; implement cost-saving ideas.
