Arvest Bank Group seeks a Monitoring Operator to provide frontline support for branch systems, handling alerts, initial troubleshooting, and escalation to specialized teams to ensure continuous operations. You will document actions, assist with business continuity tasks, and help maintain compliance with bank policies.

This role requires overnight shifts (Sat–Tue, 11:00 PM–9:00 AM), on-site with some hybrid flexibility after hire, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with

• Required: 1 year IT or Emergency Management experience.
• Preferred: knowledge of ticketing queues and prioritization by severity.
• Preferred: general knowledge in networking, monitoring and incident response.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor, troubleshoot, validate, and escalate issues for critical systems and devices.
• Provide continuous support for critical systems and application monitoring and escalate as needed.
• Document branch closures in the business continuity platform.
• Support incident management including weather, cybersecurity, and security threat reporting.
• Answer calls for Network Operations and Fusion Center.
• Use ITSM ticketing to document work and initiate dispatch for incidents.
• Run turnover reports and maintain compliance with bank policies and BSA/AML program.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
