Arvest Bank in Rogers, AR seeks a Monitoring Operator to support branch network infrastructure and critical systems during overnight shifts. The role requires acute alertness, independent decision-making, and fast escalation to specialized teams to ensure continuous operations.

You will monitor alerts, troubleshoot issues, document activities, and adhere to bank policies. On-site with some hybrid flexibility after hire; overtime may be required.

Formación

• 1 year of IT or Emergency Management experience
• Preferred: knowledge of a ticketing queue and prioritization
• Preferred: basic networking knowledge
• Preferred: quick decision-making in critical situations
• Preferred: strong analytical skills to validate issues and escalation paths
• Preferred: excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsabilidades

• Monitor, troubleshoot, validate, and elevate issues for critical systems and devices for nonstop branch operations.
• Provide continuous support for critical systems and application monitoring by validating issues and escalating as needed.
• Document branch closures in the business continuity platform.
• Support critical event management including weather, security, and response protocols.
• Answer incoming calls for Network Operations and Fusion Center.
• Monitor and document work in ITSM and initiate dispatch for incidents.
• Run and provide turnover reports for the team.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies, laws, and the BSA/AML program.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.
