Walmart in Odessa, TX is seeking an experienced store leader to supervise and develop associates, coach teams, and drive customer service using Walmart's One Best Way principles. You will manage operations, merchandising, budgeting, and community outreach while ensuring a high quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, I acknowledge that the position for which I am applying will require successful completion of a firearms- specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training and providing feedback to associates.
• Improve customer service by implementing and reinforcing Walmart's OBW service model and Open Door Policy.
• Oversee store operations including budgeting, forecasting, merchandising, inventory and shrink control.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and drive store profitability.
