Job summary

Wal-Mart Stores Texas, LL is seeking a store leadership professional to guide teams, mentor associates, and drive sales and customer satisfaction. You will oversee operations, implement business initiatives, and model the One Best Way service standard across the store.

You will manage budgets, forecast demand, monitor inventory, and lead change efforts while ensuring integrity and ethics in daily practice. This role emphasizes accountability, belonging, and high performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms training may be required.
• Preferred: BS in Business Management and Leadership via Live Better U and Bellevue University.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties and providing recognition.
• Coordinate plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, build accountability and measure progress.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensure a high quality customer experience through compliance with company policies and Open Door guidance.
