Walmart in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a transformational leader to guide store operations, drive customer service, and develop associates across shifts. You will oversee budgeting, merchandising, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and earnings while maintaining Walmart's One Best Way service model.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to implement business initiatives, monitor performance metrics, and foster a culture of belonging and integrity.

Competenze

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, may require firearms-related background checks and training.
• Additional qualifications include strong leadership and collaboration with stakeholders.

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates.
• Manages and improves customer service and implements action plans to fix deficiencies.
• Drives store financial performance including budgeting, forecasting and expense control.
