Ross Stores is seeking a Store Manager in Odessa, TX to lead the entire store operation, ensure company standards, and drive sales and profit while maintaining a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.

You will recruit, train and develop leaders, manage stockroom, front end and sales floor activities, and ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies. Strong leadership and customer-service focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of Store management experience in a retail environment.
• Must maintain a high level of Customer service.
• Must demonstrate the ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
• Ability to train, coach and develop Associates at all levels.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks necessary to accomplish goals.

Responsabilités

• Leads all Company Best Practices and maximizes productivity by minimizing steps and touches.
• Analyzes Store reports to evaluate controllable expenses and overall Store performance.
• Addresses variance to Company standards with action plans with District Manager input.
• Ensures proper scheduling of Associates to meet business objectives.
• Responsible for payroll administration including daily punch edits and scheduling compliance.
• Direct supervision of Assistant Store Manager, Area Supervisors and all Retail Associates.
