Job summary

The Home Depot in the United States is seeking a Night Operations Assistant Store Manager in Training (NOASM-IT) to gain hands-on experience in overnight freight operations, leadership, and store management. The program emphasizes mentorship and operational learnings under senior store leaders.

During the up-to-6-week training, NOASM-ITs will work with NRMs and store teams to develop skills in staffing, safety, and profitability while preparing for a potential Assistant Store Manager position.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+ and allowed to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Willingness to participate in a training program lasting up to 6 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise customer experience and model service excellence.
• Oversee opening/closing tasks and store SOP compliance.
• Enforce safety/hazmat procedures at all times.
• Plan merchandise placement and support stock integrity.
• Participate in a structured training program to prepare for an ASMS role.
