Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Night Operations Assistant Store Manager in Training (NOASM-IT) to gain hands-on experience in overnight freight operations and store leadership. The program includes mentorship and leadership development while collaborating with store management to drive sales and efficiency.

During the up-to-6-week training, NOASM-ITs will learn to execute key Manager on Duty duties, develop strategies for departmental success, and demonstrate the performance management process as

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Legally permitted to work in the United States.
• 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight freight operations and ensure SOP adherence.
• Lead customer experience and ensure service standards.
• Manage opening/closing MOD and store policies.
• Coordinate with ASMs, NRMs, and warehouse for inventory and safety.
• Participate in training program to prepare for Assistant Manager role.
