Qualifications

• Experience supervising or leading retail associates and store operations.
• Ability to train, coach and provide timely performance feedback.

Responsibilities

• Oversees front-end and back-end operations to ensure efficient store flow.
• Provides coaching and recognition to drive customer service and performance.
• Participates in interviews and inputs into selection decisions for new associates.
• Monitors safety, shrink prevention, and process adherence across departments.
• Walks the store and provides in-the-moment coaching to staff.
• Ensures appropriate headcount allocation in checkout and service areas.
• Drives payroll closeout and daily operational tasks.
