Responsibilities

• Manages patient flow and clinical operations with available resources.
• Leads after-hours/weekend/holiday nursing staff whenAdministration is unavailable.
• Leads daily safety huddle and collaborates with ED during overcrowding.
• Adjusts staffing and resources to maintain safe care and throughput.
• Ensures regulatory compliance, PHI protection and environment of care.
