Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree: Nursing (Required).

• Staffing and scheduling patterns, communication, interpersonal relationships skills, problem solving, and conflict resolution.
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience.
• BLS Certified.
• Specialized Knowledge in related field.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to administrative functioning of nursing services by reviewing staffing, reassigning and allocating staff as appropriate to meet changing patient care needs.
• Serves as a clinical resource and role model to nursing staff. Ensures safe and equitable working environments.
• Interacts with internal and external customers and serves as a resource for information and problem solving.
• Serves as a liaison between nursing services and other hospital departments for problem solving and problem resolution.
• Coordinates and/or assists with activities during internal and external emergency situations.
