Qualifications

• BSN required.
• BCLS required; ACLS preferred.
• Three years of nursing experience in an acute care facility.
• Management/leadership experience preferred (Charge Nurse at minimum).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing adjustments and patient placement/bed coordination for the Nursing Department.
• Serve as an administrative resource to nursing personnel, physicians, and departments.
• Act as administrator on call and support department operations.
