Christiana Care Health System is seeking a Nursing Coordinator to oversee staffing adjustments and patient placement for the Department of Nursing. This role acts as an administrative resource to nursing staff, physicians, and ancillary departments, and to the administrator on call.

The position requires a BSN, BCLS with ACLS preferred, and three years of acute care nursing experience with leadership exposure. Night shifts, 72 hours per pay period, and potential rotations.
