Job summary

The successful candidate will have an RN license, a nursing diploma/Associate's degree, and 2–5 years of experience; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, assigns work and evaluates performance; conducts development plans.
• Assist in staffing, budgeting and ensuring department goals are met.
• Oversee patient care per planned interventions and document per policy.
• Develop and implement a collaborative plan of care based on assessment and treatment.
• Monitor staffing hours, payroll updates, time cards, and staff communications.
