Full-time opportunity available. Monday - Friday 3 PM - 11:30 PM. Rotating on‑call for weekends. $3,000 sign‑on bonus after 90 days. $93,000 - $99,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN or LPN in Massachusetts
• Minimum 2+ years nursing experience in a healthcare setting
• No previous supervisor experience needed; training will be provided
• Effective communication skills, professionalism, and ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public
• Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care center

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
