Springside Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center in Pittsfield, MA is hiring a Night Working Nursing Supervisor (RN/LPN) for the 11:00 PM–7:00 AM shift. The facility recently renovated and offers a competitive rate with a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Valid unencumbered RN or LPN license and CPR certification.
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.

• Experience in supervision, teaching, and computer skills; rehabilitative nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new admissions and oversee discharges.
• Supervise 11PM-7AM nurses and CNAs.
• Manage staffing changes.
• Support family inquiries and screen visitors.
• Coordinate patient referrals with central admissions.
• Ensure high-quality resident/patient care.

Requirements for Nursing Supervisor:

• Must possess valid unencumbered, RN/LPN State License and current CPR certification
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
• Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center or other related healthcare setting preferred.
• Must have minimum of one year experience in long-term care
• Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills
• Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred
