Job summary

Pure Health is seeking a dedicated RN/LPN to join night shift (11pm–7am). The role reports to the Director of Nursing and involves implementing individualized nursing care, documenting in the EMR, and collaborating with the health care team to deliver patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of an accredited RN/LPN program.
• Valid State RN/LPN license required.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in assigned area per individualized care plans.
• Lead development of patient care plans with the team.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Perform IV therapy as allowed by RN scope of practice.
• Document observations and interventions in the EMR.
• Coordinate communication among patient, family, and care team.
