Job summary

Banner Ocotillo Medical Center in Chandler, AZ seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for Labor and Delivery to join the night shift team. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for mothers and newborns, collaborating with obstetricians, midwives and the care team to ensure safe, family‑centered care during labor, birth, and postpartum care.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license with BLS, preferably with L&D experience.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in labor and delivery is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan nursing care for patients in L&D.
• Coordinate care and communicate with physicians and staff.
• Document care and patient responses accurately.
• Support the care team to ensure safe, effective obstetric care.
