Job summary

Banner Health's Ocotillo Medical Center in Chandler, AZ, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Night shift in Women and Infant Services. The role involves circulating and recovering C-sections, antepartum and postpartum care, and teamwork with midwives and neonatology.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of L&D experience, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, family-centered environment. Night differential is 18% with an additional weekend differential of $3/hour.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in the clinical area for which you are applying is desired.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an acute care hospital setting, preferably in Labor & Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan nursing care for patients.
• Implement care based on physician orders and nursing plan of care.
• Coordinate and supervise care with the health care team.
• Evaluate patient progress and revise the plan as needed.
• Document care in patient records and communicate status to team.
