Qualifications

• BSN or MSN required; RN license and BLS certification.
• Two years of clinical management experience in the relevant patient population.
• Master's degree in nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial and clinical support to patients and staff.
• Lead quality and process improvement initiatives with the department director.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and effective communication of initiatives.
• Manage operational and capital budgets and resources.
• Develop staff leadership and support career advancement opportunities.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, and retention; coach and evaluate staff.
• Develop unit leadership and lead clinical improvement initiatives.
