Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Main Campus is seeking a Patient Care Nursing Assistant for the J73 Cardiovascular Stepdown Unit. You will provide compassionate care under the supervision of an RN, focusing on high-acuity cardiac patients in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The role is full-time with night shifts from 7:00pm to 7:30am and requires weekend and holiday rotations. The unit offers diverse experience across Cardiology Stepdown and Med/Surg care, with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BLS Certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross; if not held, must obtain during new hire period.
• Nursing students: BLS certification required.
• Military experience in HM/68W/4N0X1 will be considered for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the supervision of an RN, including vitals and weight measurements.
• Assist patients with personal care and activities
• Report changes in patient condition to the RN and maintain a safe, healing environment.
