Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current RN license in Virginia and NP licensure.
• Prescriptive authority as required.
• Minimum two years RN experience; NP experience preferred in transplant/acute care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage transplant patients across inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary team care and develop plans of care.
• Promote best practices through education and protocol development.
• Engage in performance improvement and nursing research activities.
• Provide ethical, patient-centered care with family involvement.
