Job summary

Indiana University Health University Hospital in Indianapolis seeks an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) for a full-time, daytime transplant surgery role. You will join a multidisciplinary team managing inpatient care on the Organ Transplant Unit and Transplant ICU, plus outpatient follow-ups and clinic visits.

Requires Master’s degree and ACNP/AGNP/FNP or PA certification with transplant/ICU experience.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree required.
• Must be an ACNP, AGNP, FNP or PA.
• Experienced APP with transplant, nephrology, hepatology and ICU background.

Responsibilities

• Care for highly complex transplant patients on OTU and TICU
• Collaborate with surgeons, fellows, APPs, pharmacists and multidisciplinary team to manage inpatient care
• Conduct consultations and discharges on OTU/TICU and in transplant outpatient and SOPA clinic
