Job summary

CEI is seeking a Back NOC Analyst for the 3rd shift in Wilmington, Delaware. The role requires hands-on monitoring of network infrastructure, incident response, and collaboration with IT teams to implement upgrades.

You will handle backups, VDI support, and 24/7 on‑call rotation, working on-site to maintain uptime and security across critical systems. Responsibilities include real-time troubleshooting with SolarWinds, scheduling with Tidal, secure access via PuTTY, and VM management with VMware.

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure for optimal performance and reliability.
• Respond to network incidents promptly to minimize downtime using SolarWinds.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement upgrades and improvements.
• Analyze network traffic with SolarWinds and address issues proactively.
• Implement and manage Tidal Workload Automation for job scheduling.
• Use PuTTY for secure shell access to configure routers and switches.
• Administer VMware vSphere for remote server access and VM configuration.
• Operate Commvault to back up all servers and ensure data integrity.
• Process files in Reinsurance GO to support operations.
• Document network configurations and changes using SolarWinds and Tidal.
• Join on‑call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical issues.
• Monitor IT infrastructure with ServiceNow for incidents and changes.
• Implement Thycotic Secret Server for privileged access management.
• Use GoAnywhere for secure file transfers and automation.
• Manage authentication with DUO Admin and access control.
• Configure and support Citrix Receiver/Director for VDI access.
• Manage Cisco Unity voicemail systems for reliable communications.
• Configure Infoblox Grid Manager for DNS/DHCP/IPAM efficiency.
