Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Command Center Analyst to join its 24/7 Operations team in Wilmington, DE. You will monitor enterprise infrastructure and network health, respond to alerts, and coordinate issue resolution with vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities include automation, backup and recovery activities, AD support, and maintaining ticketing/documentation across a global environment.

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in a NOC, Command Center, Operations Center, Infrastructure Support, or similar IT support environment.
Experience utilizing enterprise monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Netcool, Spectrum, or similar platforms.
Experience working within a ticketing system and managing incident queues/escalations.
Experience supporting Active Directory environments and performing basic account administration.
Experience with backup and restore processes, along with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor enterprise infrastructure and network health using SolarWinds and other monitoring tools.
Investigate and respond to alerts and coordinate issue resolution with vendors and internal teams.
Execute automation and scheduled jobs.
Perform backup and recovery activities.
Support Active Directory requests and maintain accurate ticketing and documentation.
